I have some new resolution steps you can try to help open the company data. To check if there is a problem with the file location, open the company file and save it on the desktop.
Open the folder that contains your file.
Locate the .QBW file, then right-click on it.
Choose Copy before selecting Desktop.
Right-click anywhere, then choose Paste.
Hold down the control key, then choose No Company Openwindow.
Click Openor restore an existing company.
Go to the Desktop and locate the company file you saved.
