QBO API not auto-populating email address

When generating an invoice using the QuickBooks API, I specify the customer ID.

 

When viewing that invoice within QuickBooks, the email field is not populated, even though the customer has an associated email address.

Let's get you to the right support team who currently handles QBO API.

 

Right now, app integration is handled by our Intuit Developer Team. They can help populate the email address on the invoice.

Here's how:

  1. Visit this link: https://developer.intuit.com/app/developer/homepage.
  2. Scroll down, at the bottom click Contact us under the Intuit column.
  3. Select topic from What do you need help with?

  4. Click As a Question and follow on-screen instructions.
