On the first time I login to QBO for the day (or after it's auto-logged me out), if I navigate to a customer, and try to view or create an invoice, the screen hangs before it displays the invoice page. There's just the green circle spinning forever. If I refresh my browser, the invoice opens, but then after I save the invoice, I'm no longer in the customer's record. Instead, I'm taken to the dashboard.

A spinning gear will appear if your browser takes too long to respond. If it happens again and takes you back to the dashboard after saving, we can perform some troubleshooting to isolate the issue. It can be due to outdated or corrupt cache files in your web browser.
First, let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:
If it works just fine, you may have accumulated too much historical data in your browser. I'd recommend clearing its cache so you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported browser.

No, the problem persists. It only happens the first time I login to QBO after my login times out. After that, it works normally.
