I am looking for information on using Zapier to zap my Ecwid cart orders into QBO. I know ho to use Zapier, and how to create zaps. What i dont know since ive been using QBO for a week, is exactly whcih zaps i need to create to automate my accounting. We do ALL orders in Ecwid cart, even manual orders for walk in customers. There is a Ecwid to Zapier and a Zapier to QB connector. The problem is that the guys over at Ecwid cart are not power QBO users and relying on them to give me the information I need is a bad idea. The one example they provide in their support forums is the zap to create the customer in QBO, but this isnt all i need to do. I need to know how to take an "order" in Ecwid and "Zap" it into quickbooks so full accounting happens, such as customer creation, creating the register entries for the sale (QBO Invoice?), the payment, the sales receipt, etc etc. The problem is i dont know which if any of these zaps i need to create. I think the problem is that im so new to quickbooks, i dont know the terminology so cant translate what i need in Ecwid to what i need in QBO. If anyone has done this, and sees this forum post, hook a brother up, please!
