QBO not connecting to bank - owner of company has to update each week due to credentials

QBO allowed anyone in our company with a direct login to our bank to connect and update the banking segment at will.  This has changed over the past few months - the owner of the company now has to login and update the bank as she is a signer on the bank acct.  This is very inconvenient...that is supposed to be my job so that she doesn't have to go into QBO unless hse has a specific need.  Anyone else having this issue?

Which bank account are you trying to connect with QBO? It's possible your bank made some changes and updated their login procedure. If that's the case, this is a security added feature ensuring that you're the one attempting to access your transaction data. Bank login credentials may need to be entered and submitted in QBO within a certain time frame.
