I am using QBO projects to track our projects.
On the summary page, the costs are not updating to reflect new invoices added.
When I click on each project; the cost amount is correct.
If I go back to the summary page it shows the wrong total again. Is there some step I am skipping?

Let's get your Project Cost total amount to fix on your summary page by doing some basic troubleshooting steps. A browser full of cache and temp files can cause unexpected responses.
To begin, access your account through incognito. These browsers won't save any cache history. You may use the shortcut keys below:
- Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
- Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
- Control + Option + P (Safari)
- Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)
From there, review the Project Cost total amount to verify if it's already working adequately. If that works, you'll want to clear the cache of your regular browser to remove previously-stored browsing data. Using another supported browser is a good option also.
If the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our technical support team. They can further review your Project data in a safe environment and send a ticket to our engineers for further investigation.
