QBO Windows App error when updating - requires Windows 7 (Client has Windows 7 SP1)
A client is using the desktop app (version 3.5.2) for QBO on a Windows 7 SP1 computer. Â The app is working fine, but she keeps getting an error when the app tries to update. Â The error says that Windows 7 is required for the update.
We did the following:
Restarted her computer and made sure that the computer was up to date (Windows updates.)
Loaded the System information to make sure that she is running SP1 - she is.
Tried to download and reinstall the app - the install states the same error - Requires Windows 7.
