I appreciate you for performing a clean install to get this sorted out. It's possible there's a damaged component on your software preventing your client from accessing QuickBooks POS.

Here's how you can repair the software:
- Click Windows + E on your keyboard to open the computer window.
- Select Uninstall or change a program.
- Choose your QB POS version, then click Uninstall/Change.
- In the Point of Sale Installation window, click Next and select the Repair radio button.
- Tap Next and select Repair.
- Press Finish.
