Good Day support Team,

Please help to fix prompting error(Please see attached file on this message.). When this error prompt we close the application and try it again then we are able to proceed, then after a while it prompts again. The drive space in where the folder is located are has 95% free space.

Hope you could help us resolving the issue. Thank you.

Additional Info:

Quickbooks Version: QuickBooks pro Edition 2014 ver.24.0.4001.2403

Installed on: Windows 10 Pro 32bit

the problem is that QB 2014 is not supported on win10, it never was, and frankly I am surprised it has operated this long.

msft issues updates to win10 that you have no choice about, and the most recent must have broke the way QB looks at drive space.

Buy a new version is your only option
