Question about sending email through outlook

I'm asking this question again in hopes I explain my problem.   We use Enterprise Desktop and MS Outlook for our email. If this matters Gmail is the provider. 

Because my sales team has different customers, when they email an invoice to a customer they have their own signatures in MS Outlook depending on the customer.  For example if they are sending an email to ACH company, they click email signature for ACH after they click email and outlook opens with the PDF attached. At this point she would remove the body of the default email template, click on the Outlook toolbar under signature, choose the one she wants and when she does, the body of the email is changed to what she has in the signature.  It's been working perfectly up until last week. I have only one that suddenly when she sends the email, it arrives with the default template.  I've clean her signature file in the PC to start fresh. Update QB and her PC.  Removed MS updates from last week.  I'm lost at this point! :(

  1. Go to the Window menu, then Close All.
  2. Click the File menu, then select Utilities.
  3. Choose Verify Data.
  4. Let the tool check your file for data issues.

 

Here's how to Rebuild data:

 

  1. Go to the File menu.
  2. Hover over Utilities and select Rebuild Data.
  3. On the QuickBooks Information window, select OK. Follow the onscreen steps to save a backup.
  4. Let the tool repair your file. It may take some time. QuickBooks may seem stuck, but as long as you can move your mouse, the tool is working.
  5. When the tool finishes, select OK.

In addition, Google might have recently updated its privacy policy. You can reauthorize QuickBooks Desktop to keep using Gmail as the service provider.

Thank you for the info and I will do that.  I'd been pushing that aside because the issue is with only one user but I'm due to do that so my fingers are crossed!  Thank you!
