Question marks in chart of accounts

I want to make a deposit but there are question marks in the chart of accounts like below.

I did re-sort lists but the question marks were not disappeared.  And it is still impossible to make a deposit.

Thank you for providing detailed screenshots and sharing the steps you've tried to get this issue fixed. I can get this fixed for you in no time.

 

The problem happening within your chart of accounts may be related to data damaged. Since the problem continues after the re-sorting list process, I suggest you proceed with running Verify and Rebuild Data in QuickBooks Desktop.
 
To verify data:

  1. Open the QuickBooks program.
  2. Click the File tab at the top menu bar.
  3. Hover your cursor to Utilities, then select Verify Data.

Once done, the system will either detect error messages, data damage, or zero problems with the software. After following the steps, I recommend rebuilding the data.
 
Here's how:
 

  1. Open the QuickBooks program.
  2. Click the File tab at the top menu bar.
  3. Hover your cursor to Utilities, then select Rebuild Data.
