2. Select the Search tab.
3. Click Contact Us.
4. Enter a brief discussion of your concern and click Continue.

No you actually blew me off like Omari has...you knew id already tried that approach several times. He still is not ignoring my request for a date and time I will have my quickbooks updated...what I want and need specifically from you is a direct line to make a complaint about this quickbooks employee and about quickbooks live service. And also a direct person to get my money back. DO NOT SEND ME TO HELP DESK.

No it did not you gave me a response to something I've already attempted a number of times. Omari s still ignoring my request for a specific date and time my quickbooks will be updated so that I can get to my CPA for tax preparation. It is now April 1st and I am having o find another source to update my quickbooks. I want a direct person to talk with regarding Omari's accountability and regarding quickbooks Live service and how to get my money back.  DO NOT TELL ME TO USE "HELP"} and do not go to your cookbook of steps to mislead me...you know what I need please problem solve the situation and help me.
