When opening a file on Computer1 from File Explorer, QB 14 open and prompts for the file password, then the error "We're sorry. Quickbooks encountered a problem... blah blah view an article about there error.... blah blah. Error codes: (-6208,0)."
The link in the message goes to an invalid page (who in their right mind would change their KB structure with hard links in their software?), this error is not documented in any QB or any Google search...
The same file opens fine on Computer2 (same domain) with no problem. The file is located on a file server. Both PCs are Win7 and fully up to date.
Latest updates applied to QB14.
