My company sign-up for the Quick Books Online Accountant last year and i took the training program and passed and i was issued with a certificate. The problem is i want to take the next module but cannot get the access.
Have you taken and passed the recertification for this year that was due by 8/31? You cannot proceed to taking the Advanced certification until you recertify existing (if within a few months, I am guessing , of expiration)
That is just one possiblilty. The other is did someone at your firm reduce your role
