Quickbooks charged my account for the subscription. I didn't realize I had set it up to be automatically charged annually.

I didn't realize I had authorized annual subscription renewal.  I haven't used quickbooks hardly at all.  I went to cancel the subscription today, but they had just charged me again for the year.  My bank account shows "pending" for the QB payment.  The QB website is hell.  There is no way to fix this on the website.  I want all my QB stuff cancelled and my unused 2021 subscription fee returned.

You'll need to speak to one of our customer service representatives to discuss the details of your subscription. They have the tools available to review your account in a secure environment, provide more details of the next steps to cancel the subscription, and advise if a refund can be made. I've included the steps to contact our customer service team below. 

 

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help, then choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Hit Contact Us.
  4. Give a brief description of your issue, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect (Callback, Chat, Etc.).
