You'll need to speak to one of our customer service representatives to discuss the details of your subscription. They have the tools available to review your account in a secure environment, provide more details of the next steps to cancel the subscription, and advise if a refund can be made. - Open QuickBooks.
- Go to Help, then choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Hit Contact Us.
- Give a brief description of your issue, then select Let's talk.
