Quickbooks/Intuit has the worst customer service!!! I have been on a call for over 2 hours regarding being overcharged for my renewal. This idiot tells me that I am paying more because I paid in full for the year. The only way to get a lower rate is to change to monthly are start a new account!!!! What company rewards monthly payor over full pay?
I asked for a supervisor and told that protocol is that they will call me when they are free. What a huge line of BS. My rate is 3x's more than last year for Quickbooks Online - why??? If I switch I lose all my data. What a scam!
