I understand the importance of this feature to you so you’ll be able to limit the access of a user in your QuickBooks account. However, adding this type of restriction that will limit the access of a user to a specific bank and credit card accounts is not possible.
You can only set up a standard user that has a different level of access in which they can work with customers, sales, suppliers, and expenses in QuickBooks.
