Good day, Lampin.
I'm here to share some insights about the Customer Center in QuickBooks Desktop.
I replicated this on my end, then used the search tool in the Customer & Jobs tab and was able to filter the customers with the Ship To address. Just make sure to type in at least one word from the Ship To address and then click the ︎.

If it still doesn't show, we can perform troubleshooting steps to check and fix any data damage issues. To do this, we'll run the Verify and Rebuild Tools.
To Verify:
- Go to the Window menu in your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
- Select Close All.
- Then go to the File menu.
- Select Utilities.
- Click Verify Data.
To Rebuild:
- Go to the File menu.
- Select Utilities.
- Click Rebuild Data.
For more details on running the utility tools, you can check out this article: Verify and Rebuild Data in QuickBooks Desktop.
I've also added this link for more related topics and articles that will help you manage your customer info: Manage customers.
Feel free to return to this thread for any follow-up questions or other concerns about the customer center. I'll get back to you as soon I can. Keep safe and enjoy a wonderful day!
