Quickbooks Enterprise 19 - How Do You Start The Client And Login Automatically On Windows Restart?

I have a Quickbooks Web Connector connection that runs on top of a QB user client on my Windows Server. The Windows machine has a dedicated Windows user that I use to keep this specific Windows user logged in and at the same time, to keep an instance of the Quickbooks client running with a specific QB user.

This QB user's sole job is to allow my Web Connector connection to run and stay connected to my 3rd party application. I have a separate Windows user on my machine so that other users (who will RDP in under different Windows usernames) will not accidentally close the Quickbooks client when they are finished using QB.

Every once in a while, the Windows server will be restarted for whatever reason. Is there anyway that I can get my Quickbooks client to automatically launch on start-up under the specific Windows user I mentioned above and to login to Quickbooks using the specific QB user I mentioned above?

Hi weazersla,

Accessing QuickBooks via automatic start-up using your specified login credentials isn't possible. You'll have to log in manually from the server.

Additionally, you can contact your I.T. guy to help you get around your server's sharing permission.
