Join nowI'm trying to upload my QuickBooks Enterprise Desktop to QuickBooks Online. I've updated my QB Desktop as much as possible and still get a dialog box to update to the latest version in order to upload. When I type Ctrl+1, then Ctrl+B+Q, I get a message that says:
"We fixed known errors and simplified the steps needed to move online. To use this new experience, update your version of Desktop and start the export again."
How do I update when there is not update available? Am I doing something incorrect? I even tried to download a trial of QuickBooks enterprise to upload from that file, but with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi jordanneedles,
We've also received reports from other users about this error. For this reason, I would encourage contacting our QuickBooks Desktop Support so they can provide a workaround while this is being fixed by our engineers.
You can find the steps to contact our Chat team or their phone number in this article: Contact QuickBooks Desktop support.
You can also check this article for your reference in the future: Move your QuickBooks Desktop file to QuickBooks Online. You can go to Step 3 after converting your QB company.
Let me know if you have other questions in mind.
Open your company file and hit f2 key. Make sure your Total Targets < 350K prior to migrating your data to QBO.
