Example of problem: Within the "Pay Sales Tax" window, we click "Adjust", and then "Reduced Sales Tax by" to create a sales tax discount. Previously, that would create a line item in the Pay Sales Tax window which would be used to adjust (reduce) the payment to the Tax Agency. Unfortunately, the adjustment disappears and there is no sales tax discount line item to use in the Pay Sales Tax window. Only the line item for the Sales Tax due appears, which is not what we actually pay.

Payment of sales tax method above worked 100% of the time when used in the, very similar, Quickbooks Desktop Pro Plus. Any known software bugs Intuit?
