QuickBooks Enterprise Cycle Count in Advanced Inventory

When using QB Enterprise v20 inventory cycle counts, I get the following message when adding items: "You have selected one or more items which were not setup at this site. These will not be added to the cycle count." What is this message and why am I getting it?

Inventory is in specified locations and bins. Clicking on OK when getting the message, it appears to only add items to the cycle count that have a current Quantity-on-Hand ... zero quantity items are left off the listing. I have cycle count groupings created (Cycle Count custom field setup use on all items).

If you have experienced this, any assistance would be appreciated

Thanks for your time today, @graywolfps,

When using Cycle Count in QuickBooks Enterprise, the quantity of the inventory is necessary. This is what the system use to accurately track the stocks and its count.
