Join nowHello,
My customers have mostly closed for next 2-3 weeks (for now) and the ones that are still open, their sales are down 50-60%. I have suspended their recurring payments to me since frankly, they can't afford it. For those of us who serve small business and have to make these drastic cuts, can Quickbooks help us by suspending our fees for the next 1-2 months until we can (hopefully) get back to normal business operations?
I agree with with use itsbooked. I am a small business and this is one of the issues we are trying to navigate. Talking with the bank about LOC to see what we can afford so vendors don't send us to collections on bills we can't pay right now. Would be great to see if we can get something like a discount or something to help keep current and not interrupt service. I understand that QB and Intuit has costs just like all of us but some sort of relief would be beneficial. It's going to get much worse before it gets better.

I am wondering the same thing most people on here want to know, will Intuit waive my payroll fees for the next few months due to COVID 19? I am limiting our working hours, but still have staff on a skeleton buget right now and may not bve able to employ them much longer, and wnat to know if my fees will be waived?
Thanks for nay help or input!
