QuickBooks is not letting me print payroll. I believe it has something to do with my subscriptions. Can you please give me a call?

Greetings, @One bank account two recons.

I’m here to help and ensure you’ll be able to print your paychecks in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Let’s check the printing preference of your account and ensure to select the Preprinted QuickBooks-compatible check paper. That way, we can print the checks seamlessly. Let me guide you how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Select Payroll Settings.
  3. In the Printing section, click the Edit pencil icon.
  4. Select Preprinted QuickBooks-compatible check paper.
  5. Choose either Print 1 pay stub or Print 2 pay stubs.
  6. Select Save, then Done.

Then to print the paycheks:

  1. Go to the Workers or Payroll menu,
  2. Select Employees.
  3. In the My Payroll section, select Paycheck List.
  4. Select the paychecks you'd like to print, then select Print.

Nonetheless, if you still wish to get in touch with our Support team, I recommend requesting a callback from us for them to call you. Here’s how:

  1. Go to the (?) Help menu.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter a brief discussion of your concern and click Let’s talk.
  4. Then select Get a callback.1.JPG

Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you about printing your paychecks in QBO. I’d be more than happy to help you out.
