Ensuring you can seamlessly add your client is our priority.
To help you with this, you can ask your clients to re-invite you to their company. There may be some issues with the process of linking your client's company to your QuickBooks Online Accountant (QBOA). Here's how:
- Let them sign in to their QuickBooks Online account as a primary admin.
- Then, go to Settings and select Manage Users.
- Click the Accounting firms tab.
- Choose Invite.
- Let them enter your info and select Save.
