Here are the troubleshooting steps that will help you properly aligned your invoice when printing. First, let's go ahead and repair Adobe Reader. Here's how:
- Close Acrobat/Reader and all open web browser windows.
- Click Start and then Control Panel.
- Choose Programs and Features. Then, choose Uninstall a program.
- Select Acrobat or Adobe Reader in the list of programs and hit Uninstall/Change.
- In the Setup dialog box, pick Next.
- Tap Repair, then Next, and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Restart your computer.
- Log back into QuickBooks Online (QBO), then print an invoice again.
If the issue persists, after the repair, you have to uninstall re-install the Adobe Reader. Here's the link that will provide more info about the process: How to update, repair, or re-install Adobe Reader/Acrobat.
