I have QuickBooks online on my iPad. Every time I try to get directions I have no volume. Also in settings there is a box to enable google maps for directions. I check the box and go to use the map feature and the box unchecks itself..

I have a similar problem. On iPad there is an option to show all my customers on a map. Select customers then pick map point instead of list. It only shows the location of the iPad. When I enter a customer and hit search, I always get an error message “hmm we’re not able to find these customers try checking their addresses”.
I too have had the google maps option turn itself off but it hasn’t happened during this trial.
This error appears when there is an invalid customer's address. You may check the Customer List report to see if the address was entered correctly.

I checked the address. When I click on the map within the customer information it shows the location of the customer and routes the directions. So I know the address is OK.
So, when I try your instructions, are we talking about the iPad QBO app? When I select HELP, there is no such option. I've looked at the iPhone and online versions as well.
