If you're referring to your billing subscription, we are discontinuing the wholesale billing system program and replacing it with ProAdvisor Preferred Pricing.

The new ProAdvisor Preferred Pricing program is designed to provide best-in-class discounts while simplifying pricing across our products. The former wholesale discount program was launched 8 years ago when the online business was new and focused only on QuickBooks Online, not the entire ecosystem of QuickBooks products.

To be honest, I’m a bit confused. We’re currently subscribed to Plus. We’ll have to move to another plan in the near future? Why haven’t I heard directly about this? I’m not seeing anything about prices.

Let me help make things clear to avoid confusion.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) is a cloud-based subscription. Thus, any updates will automatically sync in the system to all its versions. No need for you to upgrade.
