QuickBooks Online - transfer firms

You can utilize the ChronoBooks functions in transferring your client's account from the other accounting software. 

1. Go to Apps.
2. Enter ChronoBooks in the Search address.
3. Select ChronoBooks.
4. Click Get app now.

Also, I'd recommend reaching out to the Technical Support of your client's accounting software for additional assistance in migrating their company data.

Unfortunately company has acquired that app and only applicable for QBO Advanced.

If your client pays the subscription thru the current accountant, your client has to ask them to release the QBO account for self managed. If the accountant is refused to the request, you should consider to utilize the 3rd party tool to migrate the data between QBO accounts.
