QuickBooks phone support

I know that this outbreak has lots of businesses on their toes right now, but we're all in this together. Our phone support options will be available as soon as we get through this situation. You can start a chat by following these quick steps:

1. Open QuickBooks.
2. Go to Help, then QuickBooks Desktop Help.
3. Click Contact Us.
4. Give a brief description of your issue, then hit Continue.
5. We’ll provide you a few support options. Choose Chat with us to get started.

We don't yet have word on the discontinuation date for QuickBooks Desktop 2017, but we'll send an email once we know more.

Afaik, company supports QB 2017 until May 31, 2020. During this climate, I would recommend you to upgrade 1 or 2 data files in every week. 

I cannot get through on "Chat with us"  Is there a phone number for Customer Service?

If you're using QuickBooks Desktop, you can follow these steps:

1. Go to this link: What can we help you with?.
2. Choose your QuickBooks Product.
3. Select your QuickBooks edition.
4. Click Continue.
