Quickbooks POS 19 upgrade pricing

It's enormously frustrating that Intuit fails to provide upgrade pricing for Quickbooks 18 to 19. You need to use chat, fill in a form, and then wait for a callback. Why? As I see it, this lack of transparency is simply a way to compel paying customers to listen to a sales pitch, when Intuit has already made a sale and all they need to do is provide a price for it.
