Join nowI used to use desktop pro and now im using premier and the Help is completely different and in my opinion is horrible. It doesnt answer anything. It only gives you similiar questions asked by users instead of straight info. Am I doing something wrong? Am I not accessing the main "Help" or has it really changed?

It's not an issue of Pro vs Premier. Over the years, Intuit keeps changing their concepts and they removed all the great Video Tutorials and in-product articles, from the program. They rely on the web for many things, and the connectivity is iffy; even worse, when they decide to Reorganize their Web Resources, the internal program links fail and are useless. A perfect example is this Community platform is nearly through the end of a 2-month transition. You will see a lot of older topics seem to all be dated Dec 10, 2018. That's the first date of Content Cut-over, but some of the topics were here a year or more ago, as a different concept.
And it used to be that Help, in Preferences, allowed you to see internal articles Or the web community. Now you mostly see the Web Community, which means you want Help, and all you get in the results window is a listing of everyone else that doesn't know how to use that same thing you are struggling with, and a lot of bad guidance and wrong answers, too.
I recently noticed the Search Function gave me two options: in the file or in Help. I haven't really used it much. I come to the web. Here's what I teach my students: If you find 5 results, such as YouTube videos, for that question, and 3 seem to agree with each other, you might have found the "this is Mostly the right way to do it." Remember that the QB program is a Tool that you need to use to meet your specific needs, so not everything applies to everyone.
Example: Hammer. You get a hammer. Someone shows you how to Hold and Swing that Hammer. They didn't teach you how to build a doghouse or a hospital. The Hammer is your tool.
