Join nowMy computer crashed and I had to re-install QB Pro 2014. It opens but when you use the back arrow to go to the previous document it crashes. I opened and used the QB Tools set. When I run the diagnostic tools, they crash also. How do I fix what is wrong? Quickbooks Pro2014
2014 is seven years old. If you are reinstalling to a win7 machine it might still work, but on a win 10 machine it is doubtful. do a search for a QB clean install and follow the steps. Be sure to reboot, not a restart a reboot where you shut it down then wait a few minutes and start the machine back up.
Rustler: I followed the instructions for a clean install. I erased QB Pro 2014 from the computer.Then I reinstalled the tools hub. When I try to open anything in the Tools Hub is says: "Quickbooks Tools Hub Has Stopped Working". So, the tools hub is no help to me. So, what's next?
