QuickBooks Pro Advisor Academy Training Stuck

Just wanted to share in case anyone else is having this issue - I was working my way through the training, completed a module, but when I tried to continue the learning process, it took me back to the end of the last module.  Despite the module showing 100% completed, hitting the conclusion screen with the "click here to receive credit for this module", it would not advance to the next module.  I tried multiple things - different browsers, different computers, switching between trainings, redoing the module multiple times, using a Google Chrome incognito window, etc - nothing worked.  Still stuck.  I eventually opened up a chat with QB support.  Despite best efforts with tech support - the issue is still not resolved.  After almost two hours of trying things - including retaking the module twice, I was left with this:

 

"Your account has been affected by the ongoing investigation, we have attached your account to the list of affected users and the issue has been reported already to the engineering department, the highest department we have, a back-end team.  Now they are expediting the process, thus, they are kind of prioritizing for the permanent fix of your issue. One of them has already been assigned to work on it. Though a turnaround time cannot be declared yet, please be assured that resolving this matter for you is our top priority.  For now our engineers will send you an update through email but you don't need to do anything because once the investigation completed and resolved. The module will show completed, you can go ahead and continue with other courses for now."

 

This was two days ago and the issue still has not been resolved.  So this is not so much a question, but just sharing in case others are having the same issue.
