Quickbooks Self Employed has been double charging me for 4 years. Unsubscribed but still getting charged

I've used quickbooks for my business and loved it. But after joining the military and getting into law enforcement, I stopped using quickbooks. After I unsubscribed I noticed they were still charging me. after looking to my email, they've been double charging me for quite some time. Any time I try to find away to contact them, I get an automatized system that doesn't help. Or I'm being told to sign in and go into the settings, but anytime I log in, it only gives me 2 options; Log out or resubscribe. 

 

Now I'm stuck with this dilemma and being charged Total of 

$875.72

From there you may follow these steps:

  1. Click on Assistant at the top.
  2. Enter Talk to Human.
  3. Select I still need a human.
  4. Choose your preferred way to speak with our representatives.
