Quickbooks Subscription Suspended?

Hello,

 

I have a Quickbooks Self Employed subscription through my Turbo Tax. The last time I logged in was on the 31st of December. When I tried to log in on my phone it says my subscription has expired and when I log in on my laptop it says my subscription ended in July. It doesn't expire until April. I called customer service and there seems to be an issue with subscriptions tied to Turbo Tax. Is anyone else experiencing this? Does anyone have any updates? The woman on the phone could not give me a timeline for when this would be resolved :(

At this time, we have an ongoing issue where QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) users are getting a "subscription has expired" error upon logging in to the account. Rest assured that our product engineers are diligently working on a fix

 

Please know that we as well don't have the exact time frame when this issue gets resolved. But to ensure you'll get an update about the resolution status, I suggest contacting our QuickBooks Support Team again. This is to ensure that your company is added to the list of affected users and provide this investigation number for easy tracking: INV-53434.

 

For now, you can visit our blog site so you'll be able to get the latest news about QuickBooks and what our Product Care Team is working on.

Hi again @krichardson117 ! I'm happy to report that all impacted accounts have been restored and you should be able to login to QuickBooks Self Employed as normal.
