DO NOT PURCHASE QUICKBOOKS - Because the Support department is HORRIBLE!! I have been experiencing problems on QB for over 2 weeks now & I first purchased the support & they quit helping me & I upgraded our software to Enterprise & it still is not working & the support does not know how to fix my issue. No one will help me not even their support department. I AM SO FED UP WITH QUICKBOOKS.

What kind of problem? Did you upgrade to QBES without try it first to make sure their advise works?
