We're still working to fix this issue. As a workaround, you can clear your browser's cache. Let your employees access their W-2 and make sure that they log on to paychecks.intuit.com.
If you're still dealing with the same error, you can reach to our phone support team to get your company details added to the list of affected users.

Still no luck. When logging in, it transfers you directly to Workforce then when you say not ready it takes you back to View My Paycheck and displays "Well, we’re embarrassed to say something went wrong. Contact us." followed by "We couldn't find your W-2 Please contact your employer to find out when your W-2 should be available." even though the W2's are 100% out there for my employees.

At this point, I would encourage you to contact our QuickBooks Workforce Support again to check this further. They're available from 6 AM to 6 PM PT.
