Accidently created an account under two email. How can I manually delete them. One should be connected to my turbo tax account.

Accidently created an account under two email. How can I manually delete them. One should be connected to my turbo tax account.

Once the paid and trial subscriptions are suspended, data will only available for read-only access and eventually be deleted after a year.


If you want them to be deleted right away, you'll need to contact our Customer Care team to assist you with the process. Here's how:

 

  1. Select the Help menu.
  2. Type in Talk to a human.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern.
  4. Select I still need a human, then click the Get help from a human option.
  5. Choose Get a callback.


On the other hand, you can leave the account until the system deletes them completely.
