How do i talk to a human

Welcome to the Community, mary112.

I understand your desire to get a callback. But before I hand you over, I'd like to offer help.

Aside from our phone/chat support, the Community, also have a trained support specialist that can answer QuickBooks-related questions. That said, may I know what are you trying to achieve? I'd appreciate any additional details that you can provide and I'd be happy to find a solution for it.

In the meantime, you'll want to check out our Help Articles to help you with the tasks and tips when using QBO.

However, if you wish to get in touch with the previous agent, you can set them a request for a callback. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu at the upper right.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern.
  4. Click Let’s talk.
  5. Choose Get a callback
  6. Type in your contact info.
  7. Select Confirm my call.

You can check out this article for our most updated contact information: Support hours and types.

I'm looking forward to your response. I'm always here to help. Wishing you a good one.

Hi, mary112.

Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about trying to reach our phone support. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at any time.

Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!

I know this isn't something that you expect, Curt.

We will help you find out what happened to your 941 filings in the second quarter of 2018. However, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Support outside the Community, so they can get your account details in a more secure environment and check your filing history.

Please know that you also have a way to check this on your end. You can refer to this article: Check e-filing or e-payment status. Then, click to expand the section of the payroll service you use to see the steps.

I'd also like to share this article that contains information about the things you can do when you receive a tax notice: What to do if you receive a tax notice.

Feel free to keep in touch if you need more help with your payroll.
