Apple Mail (MacMail) crashing each time I try to email an invoice from QB

I always hit send on an Invoice, and QB opens up MacMail and sends the email out, as expected.
Today  I tried this with an invoice I send a client biweekly.  But it didn't work;  instead it crashes Mail ("Mail has quit enexpectedly") and the "Emailing form..." window hangs permanently in QB until I quit it.
I've ensure I'm online, tried changing my email "from" accounts in QB Prefs, sending to different customers, quitting a restarting both QB and Mail,  clearing up any drafts that were in MacMail; power-cycling the computer itself.

Any ideas?

Thank you,

Peter

Apple Mail (MacMail) crashing each time I try to email an invoice from QB

Let's try these troubleshooting steps, ebtihal.

Uninstall QuickBooks for Mac:

  1. Close QuickBooks.
  2. From the Finder menu (search bar) on the upper right corner of your screen, choose Go Applications.
  3. Click the QuickBooks icon and drag/move it to the Trash.

User PLIST:

  1. While on your desktop, from the Finder menu, select Go.
  2. Hold down the Option key, then choose Library.
  3. Open the Preferences folder
  4. Locate the PLIST files with QuickBooks and your version in the name, then move them to the Trash.
    Note: Delete everything containing "com.intuit.QuickBooks20XX."
  5. Empty the Trash.

Reinstall the latest version:

  1. Go to QuickBooks Product Updates.
  2. Click [Change] to select your QuickBooks Desktop version.
  3. Click the Download button to download the installer file to your computer.
  4. Double-click the downloaded .dmg file.
  5. Drag the QuickBooks Desktop icon to the Applications folder to install.
