This issue can happen when the value entered in the Reorder Point field of an item is zero. This means you'll need to restock a minimum quantity on one item at any given time.
To fix this, let's remove the value and just leave it blank by following these steps:
- Go to the List menu, then select Item List.
- Double-click on the inventory item to open the details.
- Remove the zero value from the Reorder Point (Min) field in the Inventory Information section, then click OK.
Then, run the Inventory Stock Status by Item report to see the Reorder Qty column that have the zero value.
