Bill.com Sign-In Blocks Access to QBO

My client used to use bill.com to pay bills.  But, we canceled the subscription, and disconnected Bill.com from QBO.  But now, when I try to access my client's books using the Mac app, I'm blocked by a "Intuit App Center - Sign Into Bill.com Using Your Intuit Account" page.  I can't cancel out of it, or get past it.  How do I get rid of this page?  Thanks!

Let's start by clearing the Window App's cache to help get rid of the bill.com Sign-in page. To do so, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Click Help on the navigation bar at the top.
  2. Select Reset App Data.
    resetapp.PNG
  3. Close the app once the process is completed.
  4. Make sure to run the app as administrator.

If you're getting the same result, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Technical Team. By doing so, they can take a look at your account in a secure environment and investigate this for you.

It turns out, that only solves the problem temporarily.  The next time I open the QuickBooks app, I have to re-do the "clear app data" every time, because the Bill.com login keeps coming back up.  And there's no way to just close the login page and ignore it - it blocks all my access to my client's books.
