Join nowI have entered a bill with items billable to Customer Job.
I have then partially invoice these items. I need to invoice later the rest of the items received but they are no longer available in the Billable Items and Cost list.
How can it be managed? Since the billable option does not take into consideration that an item was partially billed. (ie received 30 and invoiced 10, should be 20 available to be billed).

QuickBooks doesn't offer a feature that measures the progress of billable expense items. This is why it can't distinguish whether a particular item is invoiced partially or in full. In the absence of the said feature, you will want to monitor your partially invoiced items. You can invoice the remaining quantity.
