Congrats on making your first post here in the Community. Let's work together and get this error message in the deposit feature fixed as soon as possible. 

 

Using a private browser or incognito window would be some of the best troubleshooting steps to take for this issue. This will allow QuickBooks to load as a fresh new page to eliminate these simple errors. Here's how depending on your session: 

 

  • Internet Explorer/Firefox: Ctrl Shift 
  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift 
  • Safari: Command + Shift N

 

Afterward, you can go back to your regular session and clear your browser's history. Please provide me with some additional screenshots or information on this matter if the steps I provided didn't work.

Thank you however that didn't work and we got another error message. We are using QB Windows app if that helps?

Thanks for providing additional details. We can clear QBO windows app data/cache by following these steps:

 

  1. Go to Help on at the upper-right corner.
  2. Click Reset App Data.
  3. Allow a moment for the process to complete, and then close the app.
  4. Be sure to right-click the app and Run as Administrator when re-opening.

 

If the same thing happens, you can uninstall and reinstall the app. Here are the articles that will help you accomplish the process:
