Join nowHi,
I followed all the steps in Internet Explorer 11, Windows 7 32-bit. I've turned off pop-up blocker, added https://*.intuit.com, unchecked Requires server verification and Enable Protected Mode.
Whenever I click Export Data, it only shows option to Export Excel Reports. Tried going to https://c17.qbo.intuit.com/app/exportquickbooksdesktop , and then I clicked Download Company File, then it only shows this (below picture). There is no option for the Step 1, Step 2 onwards like I see in other screenshots.
Please help. I need to use Quickbooks Desktop as QBD has more features than QBO.
Hello @GIOBUAN,
Let me help share information about how you can proceed with the conversion of your company data.
To start with, the said article requires you to use the old version of the internet explorer. If you have it handy, consider doing the conversion process directly on the old version.
But if not, you can contact our Customer Care Support so one of our specialists can help you convert your company data. To do so:
Additionally, you can also browse for the content of this helpful article for the things you need to review before the conversion: Limitations when you convert from QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop.
If there's anything else that I can help you with, please let me know in the comments below. Stay safe!
If you still hit the wall, you may utilize a migration tool or purchase a 3rd party service
