I recently deactivated one of my client due to Wrong subscription issue.
Now I want to reactivate him back. How can I reactivate it back ? Secondly while reactivating I want the package to be of same nature like I took a package of GBP 10 for 10 companies but now while reactivating it shows GBP 36 why is that so ? Please help

With regards to pricing, I would recommend reaching out to our Support team. They will be able to access and check your billing details. By the way, your question is in the US queue, but it seems like you're using the UK version of QBOA.
