Join nowI am trying to create a new company. The first window that comes up asks me if I am creating for myself or for another. I chose for myself then it makes me log into Intuit. Next I complete the new company profile entering Business Name, Industry, Business Type, Admin's email, etc. When this is done the "Create Company" button turns colors but when I click it, it will not create the company or do anything further. I have rebooted and tried several times. Started a chat with Support and they want me to purchase a support plan. I don't understand why I should pay to create a company file? I have 3 other companies and those work fine. I also tried creating the sample company and that worked as well. Any help would be appreciated.
