Join nowWhen creating an invoice, hours that have already been billed on the previous invoice are showing up as unbilled so I am able to bill the same hours twice. EEK!!! This does not happen on all jobs, just two. And it just started happening after using this for 6 months. Please Help! Thank you!

This sounds like a data issue with your company file. The Verify and Rebuild Data tool self-identifies the most commonly known issues in your company file.

Thank you so much for the info. As a relatively new Quickbooks user this was a scary step so it took me a day to think about it. I finally verified the data and rebuilt the data. Here was the result:

You've got me here to provide the details on what are the next steps to take, so you can get rid of the error that you received after verifying and rebuilding your data.
The warning that you received has something to do with your QBWin.log. This logs program messages and errors, including information created by Verify, Rebuild, and Condense Data utilities, in a specific file.
To fix this, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Team. They'll be able to help you use the Auto Data Recovery to fix your company file. It can fix errors that the Rebuild Data Utility tool can't.
