There are different reasons why some customer rewards is higher than what is shown in the Rewards Program , BPH38Q.
- Customer is not enrolled to the Rewards Program
- Sale is outside the Purchase Tracking Period.
- Amount of sale doesn't meet the Purchase Threshold.
- Possible Customer List or Data File Damage.
You might want to review the setup of the Rewards program to check if it's correct. If everything is good, and the error persists, I recommend giving our Point of Sale agents a quick call. They have the tools, such as screen sharing, to assist you further.
